Sport

We provide exterior lighting systems for all sports venues including football, horse & camel racing, motorsport racing, cricket, tennis, basketball, baseball, golf, ruby, hockey and multi use games areas (MUGA). This allows all sports whether it be for commercial, leisure or educational purposes to be performed at night in cooler temperatures.

Vertu Lighting enables the extended use of sport facilities into the late evening meaning revenue can be maximised.

Football

We can design the lighting for football pitches to meet The International Federation of Association Football (FIFA), Union of European Football Associations (UAFA) and The Football Association (FA) lighting standards.

Golf

Both golf courses and driving ranges are designed so that both golfers and spectators can clearly see the golf ball both in the air and on the ground. This is achieved through ensuring both the vertical and horizontal lighting levels exceed the required standards such as the EN European standards or other international standards. Our design ensures that overspill into the surrounding area is reduced through controlled lighting reducing pollution.

Stadiums

Stadia present unique opportunities to profile world class events. It is therefore essential to engage with the lighting designers at the earliest stage of a project whether this be for new or existing stadiums incorporating floodlights and light fittings into the designs. Careful consideration needs to be given to the planning and design of stadiums to ensure that the stadiums meet the current and future lighting and broadcasting standards.

Cricket

Cricket pitches can be designed to International Cricket Council Standards (ICC). This allows for HDTV standard TV pictures to be televised.
